About the role
- This is an individual contributor role that works closely with the web developer and graphic designer and requires accuracy, follow through, and the ability to work in a direct, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support social media planning, posting, and monitoring
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project tracking
- Ability to take feedback, adjust quickly, and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer support

Requirements
- Three or more years of marketing experience in a technology or related industry
- Experience supporting advertising, branding, events, and digital marketing
- Ability to work on‑site in Plano, Texas
- Valid driver license and ability to travel up to 10 percent
- Ability to work in a direct, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- ability to communicate professionally across the organization
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member
