About the role
- We're hiring a Senior Associate to join Bessemer's growth investing team based in San Francisco.
- You will be focused on AI apps, infrastructure, defense, techbio, energy, and various other roadmaps.

Responsibilities
- Map the companies that matter, track their trajectories, and build relationships with founders and executives years before they raise.
- You'll work directly with Byron Deeter and collaborate with partners and investors across the firm to find and back the companies building the foundational layers of the next era of software.
- Sourcing: Map the companies that matter, track their trajectories, and build relationships with founders and executives years before they raise.

- The base salary for this position is $225,000 per year, determined based on your experience and qualifications.
