About the role

- This position interprets relevant laws and directives (HIPAA, FERPA, Jeanne Clery Act, Title IX) and applies interpretation to case management practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Develop and monitor yearly unit goals and objectives.
- Lead in the evaluation and assessment of service provision and programs for the unit and develop new programs to improve and expand services to respond to current and future needs of the University community.

- The Associate Director develops and implements policies to assure timely and quality care in compliance with federal and state laws, national standards of care and professional legal/ethical guidelines.

Compensation

- Salary offers for internal employees who are part of a collective bargaining unit (CBU) and are applying to a position that is within a CBU will be determined in accordance with contractual provisions.
