Responsibilities

  • Determines and performs appropriate action for reissue, blocking or deleting service.
  • Provides card issuance and support for the Marine Recruit debit card program.
  • Overview The Card Services Processor is responsible for assisting members and employees with inquiries or issues pertaining to Visa Credit, Debit and/or ATM card services and provides general, clerical support in the Card Services Department.

Requirements

  • 6 to 12 months experience in a financial institution
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 6 to 12 months experience in a financial institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and the basic understanding of plastic card issuance and transaction processing.
