About the role
- In this role you will supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, interpret plans, coordinate materials, and work with your PM to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- You'll serve as the key liaison between the crew, project managers, and owner representatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor crew members and subcontractors to maintain productivity and morale
- Inspect work to ensure it meets plans, specifications, and building codes.

Compensation
- Competitive salary between $110,000 and 120,000 annually - top of the market in our area!
