About the role
- This contract position will play a key role in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as we establish operations in the state.
- This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role.
- Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
Requirements
- Ability to credential with commercial and government payers
- Arizona state residency required
- Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
- Board-certified Pediatrician
- Active DEA registration
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- $100/hr, paid monthly via invoice
- Flexible schedule, estimated at about 1 hour per week
- Limited time commitment during launch phase
- Opportunity to expand involvement as patient services launch in Arizona
Nice to have
- Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred
- Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred
