Responsibilities
- Help prepare and organize quality control documents like inspection logs and test reports.
- Help prepare safety documents and keep logs updated with manuals and signage.
- Help prepare and organize contract documents, and track approvals.
Requirements
- Michael Kinder & Sons, a fourth-generation family-owned Design-Build Construction Firm, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational, writing, and computer skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 2 years' experience in construction or project management
- Minimum Education | Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree
- Minimum Work Experience | 1 - 2 years' experience in construction or project management
- Ability to implement and follow company policies, procedures and standards is essential
- Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills required
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
Skills
- Experience with Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore & Timberline
