About the role

- A senior hands-on role designing and animating high-end motion graphics for theatrical and streaming campaigns.
- From time to time you may be asked to work on special projects or to assist with other work.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion graphics in After Effects and Cinema 4D (including Redshift workflows)
- Own complex shots - VFX, roto, tracking, 3D - from concept through delivery
- Maintain consistency across evolving editorial cuts and campaign versions
- Partner with CDs and producers on timelines, creative intent, and delivery
- Stay ahead of motion design trends, tools, and emerging techniques
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of motion design experience in theatrical / AV marketing
- Expert After Effects and Cinema 4D (Redshift); strong compositing and finishing
- Advanced motion tracking and CG-into-live-action integration
- Strong instinct for timing, rhythm, composition, and emotional tone
- Skilled in style frame development and concept visualization
- Highly organized & clear communicator; able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, calm in the chaos

Compensation
- $120,000 - $135,000 USD
- In order to adjust to changes in our business, it may become necessary to add, remove or modify certain duties and responsibilities, or to reassign you to another job position.
