About the role
- We have an amazing opportunity for a detail-oriented engineer to solve hard problems and push renewable energy forward.
- We're looking for someone who works quickly and efficiently, has an eye for detail, and isn't afraid of a challenge.
- You'll also be collaborating with the team on interconnection processes with utilities, permitting with AHJ's, and coordinating with subcontractors, and clients.
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for performing a host of duties on engineering deliverables and monitoring progress on design reviews and deadlines.
Requirements
- A Strong Foundation - You have 0-2+ years of experience designing solar systems or are a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part time, or full time role.
- You're Technical - You have a strong technical background and the ability to communicate complex technical topics to a less technical audience.
- You have experience in AutoCAD or computer-based drafting or are eager to learn.
- You Have a Team Ethos - You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced rapid-growth environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission.
Nice to have
- EIT Certification or FE completion is a plus.
