About the role

Strong background in implementing API-Led connectivity and event-driven integration architectures across distributed enterprise systems.

Design, develop, and deliver scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Implement API-Led architectures using System APIs, Process APIs, and Experience APIs.
Build and maintain event-driven integrations using asynchronous messaging and streaming patterns.
Develop reusable integration assets, shared components, and accelerator frameworks for delivery teams.
Lead API implementation best practices including naming standards, versioning, error handling, and security.
Drive API lifecycle management across design, development, testing, deployment, publishing, monitoring, and deprecation.
Create RAML/OpenAPI specifications and ensure conformance between API design and implementation.
Implement observability, logging, alerting, and performance tuning for production integrations.
Mentor developers through code reviews, design walkthroughs, and development standards.
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

10+ years of software/integration development experience with strong enterprise project delivery background.
Deep hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule runtime, API Manager, Exchange, Runtime Manager).
Proven experience implementing API-Led integration patterns at scale.
Strong practical experience with event-driven integration and asynchronous processing patterns.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating with SOAP/legacy services when required.
Hands-on experience with message queues and integration with Kafka or similar streaming platforms.
Strong understanding of security implementation: OAuth2, JWT, client credentials, mTLS, and API policies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and environment-based deployment strategies.
Lead Integration Developer with 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration delivery, with primary hands-on expertise in the MuleSoft platform.

MuleSoft certifications (for example MuleSoft Certified Developer/Platform Architect).
Familiarity with microservices integration and serverless/event-triggered processing patterns.
Exposure to Azure Integration Services is a plus.
Experience in Agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
