- Under the direction of the PASC Authorization Assistant Manager, the Genetics Financial Coordinator (GFC) is responsible for providing accurate and professional financial clearance to patients seeking Genetic Testing Services at Stanford Children's Health.
- The GFC is responsible for the analysis, validation, and regulatory and compliance activities associated with the financial clearance process.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of basic mathematics
- Knowledge of computer applications related to patient accounts processing
- Knowledge of principles and practices of customer service and telephone courtesy
- Knowledge of Windows-based office software, computers and operating systems
Compensation
- Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
- Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
- Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
- Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $43.47 to $54.34
