About the role

Food Production - 65% Prepare, cook, and serve meals for special events, Village Weekend Programs, Adult Programs, summer programs, staff meals and breaks.
Prepare and advise cooking activities for Village Weekend Program.
Service - 15% Set, serve, and clear tables for Special Event groups.

Maintain quality, safety sanitation standards in food handling and preparation.
Maintain positive public relations for Concordia Language Villages.
Maintain dialogue with Kitchen Coordinators and Lead Cooks regarding specific recipes, meals and general needs.
This primary responsibility of this position is to support the mission of Concordia Language Village by producing high quality, culturally appropriate meals in a clean and safe work environment.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
