About the role
- Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for specialty therapies and healthcare innovation?
- Working closely with Business Development, Payer Access, Specialty Pharmacy, Clinical, and Operations teams, you will help ensure a seamless experience from referral through therapy delivery.
Responsibilities
- Expand existing IVIG accounts and develop new provider relationships within designated territories.
- Maintain a consistent IVIG-focused presence with providers to increase awareness and referral activity.
- Partner with ASM and Growth leadership to align territory goals, sales objectives, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to support patients and providers throughout the treatment journey.
- Provide insight on market trends, competitive activity, and therapy adoption to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience managing territory activity, account engagement, and pipeline tracking using CRM systems or comparable tools.
- To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or infusion services sales, including direct engagement with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, or clinical office staff.
- Experience developing new referral relationships and expanding existing provider accounts within an assigned territory.
- Working knowledge of healthcare referral processes, payer authorization requirements, and reimbursement considerations impacting specialty therapies.
