  • As a Project Manager, you will work directly with clients and the Marketwake team to launch, plan, guide, and execute projects while strengthening client rapport along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project plans, execution task lists, and Gantt Charts for the team and client, emphasizing time tracking and scoped hours.
  • Manage communication tools (Asana, etc.) for client and team, ensuring that dates, tasks, and communications are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Lead calls with the client to set expectations and make updates to the project plan.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders to ensure timely correspondence and updates to minimize any miscommunications or misaligned expectations.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Experience working with and managing external vendor/partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Effective problem solver with the ability to navigate complexities
  • Relationship-oriented with a track record of achieving results
  • BA/BS/MS degree in marketing, communications, or other related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant roles (customer service, marketing, sales).
