Support Regent's media and technology businesses with copyright licenses, content distribution agreements, technology licenses, and other IP-adjacent commercial contracts.
Partner closely with business, product, sales, and operations teams to provide practical, solutions-oriented legal guidance.
Support strategic transactions by advising on technology, data, media, and commercial contract-related issues.
Develop and maintain scalable contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes to support fast-moving businesses.
This individual will support the media and technology businesses of Regent's portfolio on a broad range of commercial, and data-related legal matters.

3-5 years of experience at a large, nationally recognized law firm and/or a well-known technology or media company.
Experience as a transactional and/or privacy lawyer.
Familiarity with copyright licensing and legal issues impacting media and technology-driven businesses.
Working knowledge of privacy and data protection laws and commercial data arrangements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal issues into clear business guidance.
