About the role
- We primarily serve the child and adolescent behavioral health population.
- Occasionally, we do see patients with medical issues that are stable in nature.
- Our patients come to us with various diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates.

- Department: 35407 Carolinas Medical Center - LCH: Nursing: 3K Observation Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 3, 12-hour day shifts per week; 7a-7p Weekend and holiday require
