Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment focused on safety first.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is NOT required to start with us.
Nice to have
- Eligible for quarterly paid gainsharing bonuses on day one.
- This role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus.

- $21.00+ depending on experience PLUS 2.25 shift premium ( with the opportunity to earn several increases within your first two years)
- Day Shift (6AM - 6PM)
- 3-2-2-3 (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working - 3 days off, giving you a 3-day weekend off every other weekend, built-in overtime pay)
