About the role
- $35-45/hr depending on experience Position Purpose: The Inns of Aurora Resort and Spa is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician who will work throughout our world-class resort.
- Under the direction of the Buildings and Grounds Manager, the Facilities HVAC/R Technician is responsible for the care and maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and other equipment throughout the Inns of Aurora.
- Equipment includes boilers, water tower, air handlers, VAV units, fan coil units, air cooled chillers, geothermal systems, water-water heat pumps, water-air heat pumps, water/glycol circulation pumps, kitchen refrigeration equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and other building systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification Advanced understanding of HVAC/R systems and equipment, including ability to quickly and accurately troubleshoot and repair these systems.
Compensation
- $35k-$45k
