  • The Baker prepares a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, and desserts, to support daily restaurant operations.
  • This role involves following recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Bakers will need to be available to work early hours to meet operational timelines.
  • What You'll Bring:
  • Prepare and bake bread, pastries, desserts, and other baked items according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Measure, mix, and scale ingredients with accuracy and consistency.
  • Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other baking equipment safely.
  • Monitor product quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Store ingredients properly and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and restocking of baked goods.
