Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics.
- Demonstrate proficiency with advanced mathematical concepts such as plane and solid geometry, trigonometry, calculus, matrices, solid-state, and device physics.
- BS degree in a related engineering discipline

- Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address process and device issues.
- Provide training and technical direction to support personnel.
- Establish and document equipment and process operating specifications.
- Provide disposition for affected processes, tools, and lots as needed.
- Solve complex process integration problems both independently and within teams.
- Communicate regularly with management and cross-functional groups to ensure alignment on process engineering needs and challenges.
- Prepare and present reports to management on project status and experimental results.
- Engage with the Microchip Learning Center to understand process flows, company culture, and expectations.
Compensation
- We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
- It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
- The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $70-110k.* *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
