Infection Preventionist

About the role

• The Infection Preventionist will participate in implementing the Infection Prevention and Control plan under the supervision of the IPC Manager.
• The Infection Preventionist (IP) works to prevent, identify, monitor, and control the spread of infection.
• The IP participates in surveillance, data collection and analysis, data presentations, improvement teams, policy reviews, and staff education at throughout the hospital and as deemed necessary across the organization.
