About the role
- As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern, you will help strengthen the infrastructure behind Zipline's growing commercial organization.
- You will work on projects that make sales data more useful, processes more scalable, and decisions easier to make.
Responsibilities
- Support recurring pipeline, forecast, and funnel reporting
- Build account lists, market maps, and research briefs that help sales teams prioritize prospects and whitespace opportunities.
- Document and improve sales processes, including lead routing, handoffs, opportunity stages, and follow-up workflows.
- Create practical dashboards, analysis, playbooks, and enablement materials for sales and leadership stakeholders.
- We design, build, and operate the world's largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably.
- Our team is motivated by building systems that have a direct, meaningful impact on people's lives and by scaling the future of logistics.
- Sales Operations partners with Zipline's commercial teams to turn strategy into repeatable execution.
- We build the systems, data, and operating rhythms that help sales teams prioritize the right accounts, manage pipeline, and act on insights.
- You may support pipeline analysis, account and territory planning, CRM improvements, prospecting operations, and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, reporting tools, or process documentation is helpful but not required.
- You must have completed at least two years of undergraduate degree in business, economics, analytics, marketing, operations, engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates who are currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's, master's, or MBA degree are eligible.
