Requirements
- Face-to-face customer/patient service experience required.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and sit.
- The employee is occasionally required to move around the facility
- Education/Experience: HS diploma or equivalent preferred. Health industry experience strongly preferred. Experience
- working with medical insurance very helpful. Face-to-face customer/patient service experience required.
