Requirements

  • Face-to-face customer/patient service experience required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and sit.
  • The employee is occasionally required to move around the facility
  • Education/Experience: HS diploma or equivalent preferred. Health industry experience strongly preferred. Experience
  • working with medical insurance very helpful. Face-to-face customer/patient service experience required.
