About the role

  • Working in conjunction with the Chief Legal Officer, this position also oversees risk-related contract review, insurance program administration, and enterprise compliance initiatives.
  • The position reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and requires strong business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
  • This is a highly independent role responsible for leading complex projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and contributing to the development of organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in construction, engineering or design industries.

Nice to have

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, construction, engineering or a related field preferred.
