About the role
- The Medical Provider works synergistically with the team to provide a remarkable customer experience for all NIMA clients.
Responsibilities
- Consult with patients for the following services: Cosmetic injections, advanced laser services, and any treatment-related concerns. · Consult with patients on prescriptions related to services or products at NIMA. · Performs customer service follow-up calls when requested by Clinical Director. · Performs HIPPA compliant virtual consults when needed for patient care, questions, or consultations. · Ensures overall customer service satisfaction of patients. · Maintains an understanding of all products and services offered at NIMA.
Requirements

- Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or a Physician Assistant (PA)
Skills
- Hold a passion for medical aesthetics products and treatments.
- Must be customer service-oriented with a quality care focus.
- Proficient in injectable techniques and products including Galderma, Allergan, Merz, PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), and EZ Gel.
