In this role, you will own end‑to‑end sourcing and supplier management to ensure reliable, cost‑effective supply that supports our production and business goals.
Build and manage supplier relationships, leading negotiations across price, terms, and service
Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and spend to drive cost savings and manage risk
Partner cross‑functionally (Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, R&D, Commercial) to ensure continuity of supply
Lead contract management, supplier onboarding, and maintain accurate procurement data
Drive supplier performance, address issues proactively, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with global procurement teams while ensuring strong local execution at the plant level
Based in Indianapolis, IN or Highland, IL, you will Own our raw‑material sourcing strategy, securing cost‑effective, reliable, and high‑quality ingredients that keep our production and supply chain running at their best.
You'll Own supplier partnerships, Own category performance, and Own continuous improvement, collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, R&D, Commercial, and Global Procurement to strengthen our sourcing capabilities across key ingredient categories.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10 years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally in companion animal, livestock, or aquaculture industries.
Ideally knowledge of and experience with the relevant categories
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
