About the role

  • You'll work closely with senior leadership to align our ESG programs with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • IT teams move from reactive support to proactive, automated experience management:
  • seeing issues, diagnosing root causes, fixing problems at scale, and increasingly using AI to deliver faster, more intelligent outcomes for employees.
  • Nexthink describes its platform as a unified DEX data and automation layer with AI-powered IT agents and Spark, built to help teams decide, design, automate, and resolve employee issues instantly.
  • Develop and implement ESG strategy, policies, and governance frameworks aligned to business priorities
  • Own carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3) and lead the SBTi-aligned emissions reduction roadmap
  • Manage the EcoVadis rating, CDP, and certifications, driving real environmental performance improvements
  • Own ESG data collection, validation, and carbon methodologies
  • Ensure CSRD/ESRS readiness, audit trails, and assurance support
  • Manage ESG customer and investor requests
  • Support RFPs, due diligence, and aligned cross-functional responses

Compensation

  • Lead the cross-functional ESG committee, publish the annual ESG report, and monitor risks and market trends
