About the role

Job Title: Household Manager & Family Assistant Location: Port Washington, NY 11050 Employment Type: Part-Time | 25 hours per week Schedule: Flexible core hours between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Create and/or Maintain household organization systems
Family Support & Child Assistance
Guide kids toward responsibility and involve them -- helping them organize backpacks, stay on top of their own tasks, and learn to pack for trips themselves
Maintain a tidy and well-stocked laundry area
Maintain running household supply list and restock as needed
Maintain a smoke-free environment.

You'll help create smooth afternoons by preparing healthy meals and snacks before everyone arrives home, ensuring backpacks are unpacked, homework routines begin on the right foot, and evenings feel less rushed.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Reliable personal transportation required.
Candidates are required to be up to date on recommended vaccinations in line with American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, subject to applicable legal accommodations.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred; basic knowledge required.
