About the role
- The Merchant Pricing team makes crucial decisions that directly impact Affirm's top and bottom line.
- We take ownership of the deals economics through the lifecycle, ensuring Affirm grows efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities
- Work with various cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, define pricing strategy, structure new platform deals, perform economic analyses, and collaborate on new markets expansion
- Draw insights from performance data, design and test new pricing constructs to optimize portfolio performance and economics
- Monitor, experiment, optimize and iterate international markets pricing / offering
Requirements
- You should combine exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, and deep knowledge of lending and/or payments space.
- Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
Compensation
- Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.
- Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
- Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).
- CAN base pay range per year: $145,000 - $205,000
