Lead go-to-market (GTM) program coordination for Headless 360 across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams - ensuring rapid product development driven by customer and partner feedback.

You have experience managing large, complex technical programs with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and bring a structured, analytical, process-oriented approach to execution.
You communicate clearly and confidently - written, verbal, and in presentations - with the ability to translate complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You are experienced working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment and can influence teams and leaders without direct authority.
You have expertise in pricing strategy and industry-standard packaging models for platform or ecosystem products.
You have a background in or deep familiarity with Salesforce platform technologies, agent-based products, or headless architecture concepts.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions.The typical base salary range for this position is $172,500 - $260,100 annually.
