About the role
- This individual is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the hotel systems and responding to issues.
- The ideal individual can work independently and within a team when necessary.
- This role does require working select evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Symmetry IT provides Technical Support for Medium Business.
Skills
- Troubleshooting & Installation of Microsoft Windows 10/11.
- Virus removal.
- Computer repair and assembly.
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Understanding of WiFi
- Knowledge of Active Directory and how to add and delete users.
- Experience with ticketing system. (TrackIT, Spice, Guestware, Hotsos)
- Must be able to lift 40lbs or more.
- You must pass the following:
- Background check
- This is contract to permanent position.
- Compensation is $23-$28 an hour DOE.
