About the role

  • The main purpose of this position is to assist Company Drivers and Owner Operators with questions regarding fuel, permits, tolls, and their paychecks or settlements.
  • We also offer a 401(k) plan, stock purchase plan, paid time off, life insurance, disability plans and other optional supplemental coverage.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of United States geography.
  • High degree of accuracy and good organizational skills.
  • High school graduate or equivalent certification.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows including Word and Excel. Knowledge of AS400 system is a plus.
  • Alphanumeric data entry skills of 5,000 kph with a 10% error rate or less.

Nice to have

  • One to two years of customer service in a phone center environment preferred.
  • Six months of experience within the truckload segment of the transportation industry preferred.
  • One year with the AS400 system experience preferred.
  • One to two years of typing and data entry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of AS400 system is a plus.
