Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics and a minimum of 6 years investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets experience with a top tier global bank
- Knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets and risk & pricing analysis
- Ideally will have experience in the general industrials sector
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to convey ideas
- Ability to work independently and must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with FactSet, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Microsoft Office
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Strong interest and understanding of the Industrials industry; experience with banking transactions related to the Industrials industry is a huge plus
- Aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative ideas and/or product solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creativity and intellectual curiosity
- Series 79 & 63

Compensation
- The expected base salary ranges from $250K - $275k.
