Responsibilities
- The Simulation Operations Specialist position is a non-instructional role that supports Simulation Instructors.
- We believe every member on our team enriches our diversity by exposing us to a broad range of ways to understand and engage with the world, identify challenges, and to discover, design, and deliver solutions.
- The Simulation Support Instructor collaborates with the lead faculty on instructional support needs and also designs, plans, and implements simulation instruction and activities.
- The Simulation Support Instructor ensures adherence to program policies, course objectives, program outcomes and current simulation best practice and safety measures.
Requirements
- 2 years field experience.

Nice to have
- EMT Basic Licensure required as a minimum.
Skills
- Experience with instruction preferred.
- Technical aptitude required.
- Familiarity with medical device systems.
- Ability to meet challenges of adult learners with diverse backgrounds.
- Experience working in healthcare or pre-hospital setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy/physiology.
