About the role

- As the Director of AR Resolution, you will focus on resolving complex billing issues, managing high-level client or payer negotiations, and refining cross-departmental operations to ensure accounts are settled efficiently.
Responsibilities
- create strategies to prevent recurring billing errors and optimize the appeals process.
- Team Leadership: Experience and success in building a productive and collaborative team environment.
- Payer Negotiations: Lead escalations and negotiations with commercial payers and government entities to resolve high-dollar or stalled accounts.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports on performance, trends, and opportunities to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders of other Revenue Cycle teams (Coding, Patient Access, etc.) to resolve systemic issues at the source.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Denials Management: Spearhead root-cause analysis for claim denials and underpayments; create strategies to prevent recurring billing errors and optimize the appeals process.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster a culture of accountability, and achieve measurable results.

Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in EHR / billing platforms to include Epic and data reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau).
- Travel within the US and to Mexico City to guide the near-shore team is required.
- Master's degree preferred.

- Prior 3rd party Managed Services and/or consulting work experience is a plus.
