- Chicago, IL Shift: Mon - Fri 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Crafty's Food & Beverage Associate IIs - known internally as "The Independent Contributor" - are the versatile backbone of our in-office Concierge pantry program.

Responsibilities
- This role also takes on increased "Day-of Leadership" and implementation oversight responsibilities - including QC checks and peer support when assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed

- The Role Chicago, IL Shift: Mon - Fri 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Crafty's Food & Beverage Associate IIs - known internally as "The Independent Contributor" - are the versatile backbone of our in-office Concierge pantry program.
- The F&B Associate II is typically trained across 15+ locations, is on call for coverage needs, and independently travels to assigned locations each day.
- Crafty is looking for a F&B Associate II whose responsibilities will include: Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning clients' office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed Customer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget) Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty.
