About the role
- This role is central to the daily operations of the district office and is responsible for managing administrative processes, financial transactions, customer inquiries, and office organization.
Responsibilities
- Support agents with licensing, underwriting notifications, policyholder information, and Salesforce processes.
- Maintain petty cash, balance daily transactions, and report out-of-balance amounts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to manage financial transactions with accuracy and accountability.

Nice to have
- Minimum of 1+ years of administrative, office, or customer service experience required
- prior insurance or financial services experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Salesforce (preferred).
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability and strong willingness to assist both clients and internal staff.
- The range for this position is $11.01 - $18.79 per hour.
