Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of platform features, from initial ideation and architectural design to final production launch.
- Collaborate across design and research teams to shape the product roadmap, ensuring every feature maintains a world-class user experience bar.
- Architect and maintain a performant React codebase while building out the necessary backend integrations and APIs to support real-time simulation.
- Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products from scratch at high-growth, early-stage startups.
- Senior-level ownership mindset with a deep passion for design, high UX standards, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity.
