Degree, certification, solid work experience or ability to pass our testing(if applicable)
Clean driving record (if required for position)
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment such as routers, switches, modems, wireless access points.

Cable testers or certifiers
Other related equipment
Ability to complete networking
such as pulling cable, in open environments, closed environments, drop-ceiling, outside, on buildings or roofs, etc
terminating cables, installing in wall and surface mount jacks
Understanding of troubleshooting procedures and escalation of incident as needed.
Understanding of Windows based systems and troubleshooting
Experience with troubleshooting Windows Server based systems a plus
