About the role

This role is responsible for maintaining an effective property management system that supports operational execution while ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations and contractual requirements.

Administer and maintain compliance of the company's Property Control System in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable government property regulations.
Manage lifecycle tracking of government and customer-owned property from acquisition through disposition.
Maintain property records, documentation, and reporting requirements to support audits, reviews, and contract compliance.
Support contractor self-assessments and government reviews of property management systems.
Develop and improve property administration procedures, policies, and internal controls.
Support internal and external audits related to government property compliance.
Mach Energetics is seeking a Property Specialist to support the administration, control, and compliance of government and customer-owned property across the organization.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and government property administration requirements.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Assist with office operations, administrative coordination, and related operational support activities as required.

NPMA Certification (Must be able to obtain within 6 months of start date).
Experience supporting government property management systems or regulated compliance environments.
Experience supporting audits, inventory reconciliation, or compliance reviews.
Familiarity with contractor self-assessments and government property audits.
Experience working within defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or government contracting environments.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
Self-starter capable of operating in fast-paced and evolving environments.
This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
