About the role

The Development Program Manager will focus on supporting the development team's creation and maintenance of project plans, core data, budgets, schedules, and process optimization,
Facilitate the development and integrity of Project Development Plans, ensuring all activities and milestones are logically linked.
Project and development enterprise risk identification, documentation, analysis, and tracking.

Born in Texas in 2003, we own and operate over 30 utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects in local communities across the United States, totaling 4 gigawatts (GW) of generating capacity.
The Development Program Manager (P3) is a key member of the team providing critical support for our growing organization in a fast-paced environment.
Support the development team in creation, implementation, and maintenance of detailed project budgets and forecasts with consistent format and logic.
Collaborate with and lead cross functional teams, including legal, commercial, engineering, project execution, government affairs, and finance in refining business processes.
Support the development team by ensuring proper maintenance and integrity of project and portfolio visualization.
Support M&A integration efforts for acquired development assets.

Bachelor's degree (engineering or business concentration desirable),
Minimum 4-6 years of experience with expertise across renewable technologies and markets.
Experience with GIS, SharePoint, PowerBI and Power Automate desired.
Familiarity with CRM software, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent project management skills with a highly organized approach.
Fluent with Microsoft suite of products and able to effectively navigate Primavera P6, Smartsheet, and other similar software.

In compliance with the Illinois Equal Pay Act, the salary range for the Development Program Manager is between $106,000 to $146,000 annually.

Act as a senior representative in external meetings and interface with executive team, sponsor, and project investors.
