Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
- 10+ years of federal tax with financial instruments and/or mergers and acquisition experience in a public accounting firm, a corporate tax department, or a law firm or comparable experience
- Knowledge of a broad range of financial instruments and/or corporate tax matters in various industries

Compensation
- Range: $170,700 - $342,700
Benefits
- Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
