Responsibilities
- System Maintenance and Optimization: Monitor system performance, including CPU usage, memory utilization, and network efficiency; Perform regular system updates, patches, and security upgrades
- User Support and Administration: Create and manage user accounts, assigning appropriate permissions and access levels; Provide technical support and training to end-users on various IT systems and software
- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats; Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in system administration or related IT roles
- Proficiency in managing MacOS, Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
- Experience with virtualization platforms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services
- Bachelor's degree or better in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with computer management systems: ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Control, NinjaOne, Addigy, Microsoft Intune
- Experience with some or all of the following languages: PowerShell, Bash, Clojure, Elixir, Go
- Basic programming and scripting skills
- Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication, teamwork abilities and willingness to teach others

- $85,000 - $95,000
