About the role
- Our team is committed to providing trauma-informed, client-centered services that promote lasting recovery.
- This role plays a vital part in supporting clients' medical needs throughout their recovery journey.
- The LPN will provide direct patient care, including performing phlebotomy, conducting EKGs, obtaining and monitoring vital signs, and assisting with admissions.

- Conduct urinalysis toxicology screenings and document results.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements
- Maintain regular, prompt attendance and be available for overtime if required.
- /Required Experience Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts.
- CPR certification required.
- CPR certification required and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Qualifications/Required Experience Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts.
