About the role
- The Manufacturing Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering additive manufacturing programs from order intake through production completion.
- This role ensures production schedules are established, maintained, and achieved while serving as the primary interface between internal operations and external customers.
- Work schedules and primary work locations may vary based on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
- Must be a US Citizen, as this position works on U.S government contracts
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or high-tech environments
- Strong understanding of contract management, production planning, and supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, ERP/MRP systems)
- Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Background with strong preference of manufacturing experience
- Proven ability to manage complex production schedules and customer-facing programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience in additive manufacturing or advanced manufacturing processes strongly preferred
Compensation
- $90k-$130k
