About the role

Responsibilities
- You'll own the day-to-day operations of our production floor and lead a team of skilled technicians.
- Develop manufacturing schedules, allocate labor and capital resources, and manage labor expenses
- Evaluate employees, manage the labor pool, and create or recommend manufacturing policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly and can manage multiple priorities at once
- We're building something big, and we want good people along for the ride.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership ability
Skills
- Are self-motivated with careful problem-solving and decision-making skills
Compensation
- $65,000 - $80,000 base, plus annual bonus
