  • GTM Engineer - Data & Analytics The GTM Engineer (Data & Analytics) is a technical operator embedded within OH.io's GTM Pods, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain GTM data infrastructure - owning the data layer across portfolio CRM's
  • Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLMs and automation tools (n8n, APIs) to surface insights and trigger actions across the sales cycle
  • Develop lead scoring models, pipeline forecasts, and conversion analyses that give sales teams a sharper view of where to focus
  • Partner with RevOps, SDRs, AEs, and marketing specialists inside Pods to ship solutions that solve real, day-to-day GTM problems
  • Support portfolio companies with hands-on data and technical work during onboarding and scaling
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI tooling - comfortable building prompts, agents, or wiring up AI APIs

Requirements

  • Experience in React, Rails, Python or SQL.
  • Ability to show a portfolio of work: scripts, automations, models, dashboards - something built, not just described
  • Coding is your default skillset. Experience in React, Rails, Python or SQL.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of B2B GTM systems (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Gong) or a demonstrated ability to pick up new tools fast
  • Experience with workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, or custom API integrations) is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment where the scope of the role will grow with you
