Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally at customer job sites and build long-term relationships
Requirements
- Comfort troubleshooting electro‑mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems
- Paid training and mentorship -no prior machine control experience required
Nice to have
- Construction machinery
- Automotive, diesel, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Experience with machine control installations is a plus. but not required
- Willingness and aptitude to learn heavy equipment operation and advanced technology
- Ongoing technical training
- Exposure to advanced construction technology
- Opportunities to advance into senior technician, trainer, or sales engineering roles
- A respected position within a growing construction retail organization
