About the role

The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for leading the procurement efforts of the company, focusing on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and cost management.

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective acquisition of IT hardware, software, and services.
Lead the negotiation process with suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable terms.
Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with IT and other departments to understand their procurement needs and specifications.
Develop and maintain a supplier management program that evaluates performance, risk, and procurement efficiencies.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and negotiate contracts that optimize expenditure.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in an IT or technology-focused environment.
Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software licensing, hardware procurement, and cloud services.
Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is preferred.

The individual will play a key role in developing and executing procurement strategies to optimize technology investments and ensure the continuous flow of goods and services necessary for our operations.
