Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with engineering and data science teams to design and implement search algorithms, ranking models, and relevance optimization systems
- Orchestrating cross-functional initiatives across research, engineering, design, and analytics teams to continuously improve search effectiveness and user engagement
- Demonstrate track record in building and scaling search products with proven experience in implementing AI-powered search features and optimization strategies

Requirements
- Have bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Need 5 to 8 years of experience as a Product Manager with deep expertise in search technologies, information retrieval, and AI/ML applications
- Have experience presenting to stakeholders and executives with the ability to articulate search quality improvements, user impact, and business value
- Need to have proficiency with product analytics and optimization of search relevance metrics including click-through rates, conversion rates, and user engagement
